Stretch&Flex Intensive Day (6 - 16yrs)

💪FRIDAY 18TH JULY, 10-2pm: STRECH&FLEX INTENSIVE DAY💪 (age 6+) An intensive day focusing in improving dancers strength, stamina as well as flexibility and mobility. An hour-by-hour masterclass that allows dancers to safely focus on specific areas including their core, endurance and splits.
