Fees:
Our classes run during term time (holidays vary depending on class dates/days).
R.E.A.D class fees are paid monthly via our subscription service. After much research over the years, we have found that by collecting payments across the 12 months, this is the most affordable and easiest way to pay your child's classes. Therefore, fees are still due during the school holidays when classes are closed.
Please note, your individual monthly fee is the ANNUAL cost of attending split into 12 equal monthly payments. If you join after the first of the month, you will be subject to an increased payment the following month to cover the mid months class fees. You will be advised after your class trial and this can be added to your first payment. After this, your class fees will be the same amount each month.
An annual club membership fee is due for all students in September of each year or at time of enrolling if after this date. The enrolling fee of £10.00 is added to class fees on 1st September or 1 month after enrolling into our classes.
Multiple classes: we offer multi class discount. We will automatically apply this to your payment plan when taking more than one class with us.
**Class fees are non refundable and non transferable**
Medical notes:
It is parent or guardian responsibility to make sure our team know of any medical notes for your child/ren. Please fill in any medical information you feel we should be aware of on the next page and return. Please note, all information is strictly confidential and in keeping with current GDPR.
Class photography:
R.E.A.D take photographs at our classes for use on our own social media pages. Please inform us if you do not permit photography of your child/ren during their class.
Uniform:
R.E.A.D uniform is compulsory at our classes. Uniform can be ordered at class and will be brought to class for collection in approx. 4-5 weeks from date of order. Please note, students are only required to have a R.E.A.D T-shirt, all other items can be purchased at your own discretion.
Illness:
You must refrain from bringing your child/ren to class if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class.
Drop off and collection;
At R.E.A.D, we do not allow parents in to our classes. We have found after many years, students settle better and focus on their class when parents are not in the room. We will always post updates on our social media accounts of what students are doing in class and will always give a brief outline of what we have covered at the end of class before students leave.
Here at R.E.A.D, we prioritise student safety. No student is allowed to leave the building without a parent or guardian. We kindly ask all parents and guardian’s to walk students in to class for their class start time, and to return for class end time. Students will not be allowed to leave any R.E.A.D class unattended and will remain with our R.E.A.D team until we see their parent or guardian.
What if my child wishes to no longer attend R.E.A.D classes?
We kindly ask for one months written notice sent to reacademyofdance@gmail.com
You will have one more payment to be made after your notice is given. Your child/ren can attend classes during this time. Following the one months notice, all information will be removed from our system and no further payments requested.
E.G: if notice is given in February, your March 1st payment will still be due. Your child can attend during March and from 1st April your information will be removed from our system.
